Pothole tracker

Winter brings with it a virtual storm of highway headaches, from potholes to snow- and ice-covered roads which can create hazardous driving conditions.

Now, you can help do something about it (no snowplow or cold patch experience is required).

This interactive map not only warns you of potentially dangerous areas reported by other LSJ.com users, but also allows you to report the hazardous conditions you encounter in your own neighborhood or on your daily commute.

While reporting potholes here won't get them fixed any faster, you may just save someone else an expensive repair bill. Of course, when you report a pothole, we'll also give you the number to call to report it to the local road authority -- an important first step in getting it fixed.

As you zoom in on the map, more markers will become visible.

How to use the map and add a location
Use the navigation and zoom buttons in the top left corner of the map to have a look around, then click the "Add a location" button to the right to report a pothole you've spotted. After you add a location, you'll be presented with a button to return you to this page where your contribution will be displayed on the map.
