Michigan State added to its 2015 recruiting class Wednesday night with another commitment from the Lone Star state.
Tyler Higby, a 6-foot-5 offensive lineman from Kinkaid High School in Houston, announced his commitment to MSU via Twitter.
“Blessed to say that I am officially committed to Michigan State, going to be a Spartan. #GoGreen #GoWhite,” Higby wrote.
Higby, rated a “three-star” recruit by Rivals, is the 11th member of MSU’s 2015 class and the second prospect the Spartans have landed from Texas in the past couple weeks. Josh Butler, a cornerback from Mesquite, Texas, verbally committed to MSU last week.
