MSU begins its easiest two-game stretch for the remainder of the season when it faces Nebraska this evening at the Breslin Center (Big Ten Network, 6 p.m.).
The Cornhuskers, along with Wednesday’s opponent Penn State, are among the three teams in the Big Ten still searching for their first conference win (Iowa is the other). Nebraska is 9-7 under the direction of first-year coach Tim Miles and played a tight contest against No. 2 Michigan on Wednesday.
Nebraska will be without key component Brandon Ubel for today’s game.
