From MSU …
Tickets for Michigan State basketball’s return to Jenison Field House are now on sale to the general public. The Spartans return to Jenison on Dec. 14-16 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Game of Change – a contest played between Mississippi State and Loyola at Jenison in the 1963 NCAA Tournament.
The weekend begins with an alumni game on Friday night. Tickets for that game are $10. On Saturday, Dec. 15, MSU hosts Tuskegee at 9 p.m. in the first men’s basketball game in Jenison since 1989. The Commodores will hold a pre-game concert as well. Tickets for Saturday’s game are $30. On Sunday, the Michigan State women host IPFW at 2 p.m.
Tickets may be purchased online at MSUSpartans.com, or by calling the Spartan Ticket Office at 1-800-GO-STATE.

Any updates on Harris?
Based on past experience MRI results were released to Rexrode late in the day between 3 and 5 pm for Lucas , Dawson etc.
Nothing yet. Expecting something this afternoon.
Let’s see, the rest of the Michigan State Basketball family has known that GH has a sprained shoulder since about 3 this afternoon, what does that say about your ability to get the story?
That reply was before the news was out. We all got the same update from MSU and tweeted it out and our paper did a story on it. It’s on the main page at Greenandwhite.com. Joe Rexrode and I aren’t both going to write the same story. We work for the same company in different roles.
The time stamps here are way off (need to look into that). That 7:07 p.m. reply by me was actually done at about 2 p.m.
Time stamps have been way off since the Shadows came up, been noted before (often), doubt you’ll have any success.
Reporting doesn’t change the injury, thankfully it’s a sprain and not more serious. Best wished to Gary Harris for a speedy recovery and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
Let’s not play Harris until he’s good & ready- possibly no sooner than the Texas game. On another note, it’s difficult to follow a 5-6 team from 3 time zones away! I look forward to a return to double digit wins in a season. Oh, and god bless Izzo! For 16 years, the Spartans have been totally relevant in college hoops!
